Affectionately known as “The Minibus Guy,” Sergio Villalobos founded Around the Clock USA, Inc. to bring first-class ground transportation to Florida’s most popular destinations.
Sergio began his career in transportation in 1998 as a taxi driver, driving passengers around the city and learning everything he could about hospitality and business. By 2001, he was the office manager of a local transportation company, working day and night to help tourists get around in Orlando.
On March 25, 2002, Sergio opened his own transportation business, calling it Around the Clock USA because, as he puts it, “The moment when all your dreams lay ahead of you is no time to fall asleep.” Around the Clock USA immediately began serving clients from all over the world and hasn’t stopped since.
After over two decades as a transportation expert, Sergio is thankful for the travelers and other clients he works with every day. “Reliability is so important,” he says, reflecting on his experience. “Customer satisfaction was the same in 1998 as it is today; it’s my top priority.”
